Black raisins are made by drying out black Corinth seedless grapes under the sun or in a dehydrator. They have a darker color compared to the other raisin varieties and are tangy and sweet. Black raisins are used in preparing smoothies, desserts and even as a garnish on salads.
The product in process is from seedless grapes of the Vitis vinifera variety. Sun-dried raisins are seedless
grapes dried in direct sunlight and as a result they are typically dark-brown in color. This kind is treated without any additive and is high in sugar level. Iran is the third largest exporter of raisin in the world by exporting more than 150,000 MT (27% global Consumption) of raisins worth around 250 million dollars annually.
No processed sugars, sugar s, fillers or artificial colors were used to make our Golden Raisins. They’re naturally sweet and tasty. The Standard Level of SO2(Sulfur dioxide) for Golden Raisin is between 2500 – 3000 ppm. In Other words, Golden Raisin has the highest SO2 level.
