Turkish Sultana Raisins: According to INC, the crop for 2021/2022 increased 7% YoY approximately to 290K/mt with a carryover of 60K   from 2020/2021. TMO has been buying up type 10/9/8/7 and accumulating the 60K/mt released in the market. TMO seems to provide type nine onto the market with low interest as the price is similar to spot trading prices. Crop 2021 is still to be offered from TMO. Prices for the sort after type 9 are still meager, approx 1495/ MT. The last time prices hit this level was in 2017.
